Refund Policy

We’ve put a lot of effort, thought and some bird-brained ideas to our templates, and time we can’t reuse. Sooo, unfortunately we don’t offer any refunds for consultations, templates.

Our courses are refundable within the first 30 days, we get that you might not learn what you thought you would, so we’re happy to offer you a refund.

Email us at info@bravabird.com and we will take that care of that for you.

Transferring your website to another provider is tricky, but doable if you have selected the WordPress version. Note that there will probably be some reconfiguring required. Cheetah built websites are unfortunately not exportable at this stage.
